Messaging, consent, and anti-spam compliance
By using Sently, you agree to fully comply with all applicable messaging, telecommunications, privacy, and anti-spam laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and any applicable international regulations.
You represent and warrant that:
You have obtained valid, informed, and provable consent from each recipient before sending any message.
Such consent meets all legal requirements, including express consent where required.
You maintain complete and accurate records of consent and can provide proof at any time upon request.
You agree that you will:
Clearly identify yourself or your business in every message.
Provide a clear, functional, and immediate opt-out mechanism in every communication, including instructions such as “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
Honor all unsubscribe and opt-out requests immediately and in compliance with applicable laws.
Not send messages that are misleading, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or harassing.
Not use purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party contact lists without verified lawful consent.
Not engage in spam, bulk abuse, or high-risk messaging practices that may harm networks or recipients.

Sently does not obtain, verify, or manage consent on your behalf.
Sently is not liable for any complaints, investigations, claims, penalties, fines, or damages arising from your communications.
Sently reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Monitor messaging activity and usage patterns.
Investigate complaints or suspected violations.
Immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without notice where risk, abuse, or non-compliance is detected.
